Witnes provides analytical and informational estimates only. It does not constitute certification, verification, or assurance under ISO 14067, GHG Protocol, or any other standard.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that entity.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to:
- • Copy, modify, or redistribute the Service or its content
- • Reverse-engineer or attempt to access the source code
- • Misrepresent results as verified or certified
- • Upload unlawful or infringing data
Paid plans renew automatically. All prices are in EUR and may change with notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
All software, designs, databases, and documentation are the property of Witnes or its licensors.
AI-powered data extraction features are provided "as is". You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and correcting all automatically processed data. We are not liable for any errors resulting from reliance on extracted data.
The Service is provided "as is". Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable EU law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.
